Reporters show up to interview Uncle Harry about the progress on the new construction. The reporters play up the angle that the new park will have a gorilla, but later in the day, a cablegram arrives saying that the gorilla escaped and they won't be getting one. Mr. Sharp goes out and purchases his own gorilla, which he bills as King Kongo. Cousin Fud bursts in the room to tell everyone that there's a woman at the door carrying a baby and was told to deliver it to Uncle Harry.
