While doing some more training and bonding at the sanctuary, it's revealed to the pilots some more of the robots capabilities. Dangard Ace can transform into a ship called Dreadnought-Titan and Combatra can disassemble into 5 separate vehicles (Delta V, Skyskater, Earthmover, Turbostreaker, and Groundrover). Meanwhile Maur-Kon's lieutenant, Magar, is so distraught at Maur-Kon abandoning sorcery that he steals the Mech-Monster (a giant dragonfly like robot) and submerges it in the magical lava causing it to turn into a flesh and blood monster. The monster flys out and attacks Combatra.
