Andrew heartlessly casts Crane from her home. Dying, she lays a curse on him. When Andrew loses his glasses, Satan gives him a new pair. Andrew sees a beautiful woman and pursues her hand in marriage, but only after the wedding does Satan return Andrew's old glasses to him. The woman is horribly ugly.
