Gotham Nocturne: Act I

With Gordon's help, Batman recovers from the attack at the docks. Harvey Dent, under the control of the Orgham family, establishes himself as the ruler of Gotham's underworld. Prince Arzen appears to be investing to help build up Gotham, which leads to an encounter with Bruce Wayne. Ubu is found dead in Gotham River, and Batman investigates to determine where he was killed and by whom.
