Aquaman: Andromeda #1

An experimental submarine, Andromeda, is dispatched to investigate a remote point in the Pacific Ocean that acts as a graveyard for old satellites when signals are detected from an extraterrestrial source. Meanwhile, Black Manta has been hired to recover the alien technology.
