After battling some of the Joker-like monsters, Batman returns to the Batcave with the Joker as his captive, and together with Nightwing and Alfred, they try to understand the genetic make-up of the creatures and who is behind them. Batman then responds to a message intended for the Joker, knowing that he is likely heading into a trap.
