After stealing bicycles, three kids tell each other stories, which take the form of a fantasy comic book (\"Ingrown Nale\"), a Sunday comic strip page, and a super-hero comic (\"Doctor Midnight\"). Pages are a mixture of uninked pencils, black-&-white pages, and full color segments.
