Traveling through what they thought was the gateway to Themyscira, Diana and Veronica find themselves in an unknown realm with an imprisoned Ares and a restored Izzy. Diana learns the truth about why no one is allowed the knowledge of how to return to Themyscira, because that knowledge could lead to the location of Ares' prison. Deimos and Phobos attempt to follow through the gateway, and Diana must stop them before they can set Ares free.
