Brenda makes friends with Brad, but her mother insists she see boys in their own 'social circle' and Brad's father had a reputation as a thief and drunkard. Her mother tries to encourage her so see Jimmy, but Brenda knows he is a smarmy creep. Jealous of Brad, Jimmy tries to frame him for stealing some jewels.
