Troublemaker

After the nuclear accident that gave him his powers, Solar ponders his next actions when a news story of a super strong man in a hostage crisis attracts his attention. He follows the news feed and discovers that the man has energy similar to himself. He renders the man unconscious and removes the anomaly that was powering him.
