After cobbling together a raft from the wreckage of the ship, Teela and Adam find their way to an island. Soon after making landfall, they are captured by the inhabitants - led by Man-At-Arms. The prisoners are taken to the island's ruler, Evil-Lyn, who sentences them to fight in her cauldron, a flaming area with only a thin platform of safety.
