Taking the Skies

Sephie's been tossed into a strange new city-state and a frightening new level of responsibility, but she's coming to realize that the man mentoring her may not be the loving uncle she's always assumed he was. Tempers flare, and Sephie and Ilahn find themselves in a clash of powers. Meanwhile, on Meridian, the survivors of the Minister's staff are forced into hiding as the Cadadorian troops take control.
