Surge #3

Luger lies dead in the morgue, burnt. The coroner steps away and when he returns, a shadowy figure burns him to death. Amber and Sham see the news and wonder if Surge could have committed murder. A cop sees Surge and tries to arrest him, but Surge melts his gun. Lancer vows before the media to catch Surge. Surge tries to contact Kathy, but she's on a retreat, reflecting on her nightmares. Lancer attacks Surge. They fight and Lancer wins. Surge is locked up and a trial is arranged. Lancer basks in media attention. Kathy visits Surge but can't speak with him. She then asks Lancer to help Surge.
