Penny, the district attorney's daughter, is abducted and replaced with Star, the girlfriend of gangster Fever. When the crooks rob the ball's charity funds, Star shoots a man who tries to stop them, and Penny gets the blame. Anteas Jr. and the Bouncer solve the case and clear Penny.
