The Green Mask #5 [16]

Professor Grimy creates Green Mask robots and releases them in the city, at the same time offering a million-dollar reward for the superhero's capture. In the ensuing confusion, Grimy's mob loots the city. Johnny gets angry and becomes the real Green Mask and defeats the criminals.
