Breathless

Jessica introduces her friend Kit to her new roommate, Coley. Kit can't believe the stories Jess tells about him. Hoping to \"wean\" Coley off boys, Jess suggests Kit take Coley for a drive. He relates the parking lot incident which led to him getting an offer to become a porn star. He meets millionaire Quincey Quarterman, who tells him he bought out the contract from his brother, and took care of Coley's trouble with the police. Coley agrees to star in Quincey's film, to be written & directed by Harry \"Lance\" Larue, an aging ex-matinee idol who seems to dislike everybody-- but takes a liking to Coley (as does just about everyone else who crosses his path). Kit decides to make it with Coley, thinking she can \"teach\" him a few things-- but they prove to be almost equally matched.
