A surge of waves made with anything involving fluid - including bath water - is causing havoc on the Rich estate. Richie believes Reggie is the culprit, but Reggie denies it, and Reggie gets scared away by a wave, thinking that Richie is playing a prank on Reggie. Richie decides to investigate the source of the waves.
