Chef Pierre is giving several prospective chefs some tests to determine who would be a successful chef while Pierre is on vacation in France. None of the chefs met Pierre's expectations, so Richie suggested to have Chef take his vacation and prepare meals in France which would be sent to the Riches via airplane.
