Psycho #24

As a teenager Vlad Voevod gets bitten by a werewolf which also kills his parents. As an adult (now named Dracula) he becomes a werewolf. He rules over the country in his castle enjoying torturing people in his dungeon. He offers to spare a victim if he can survive the night when Dracula turns into a werewolf and hunts him in the nearby forest. That night Dracula summons wolves and vampire bats to help him find his quarry and succeeds in killing the victim. While he and his minions feast on his remains, Dracula accidently consumes some blood from the bats which turns him into a vampire.
