Woody wants to lose weight, so he and the kids take an ocean voyage. They get shipwrecked on an island and meet eccentric inventor Professor Popper, who has invented a shrinking ray. When the four of them get shrunk to mouse size, they have to get past the professor's cat to adjust the machine and turn it back on themselves.
