Media magnate Paragon John appears responsible for the erasure of the Paxis from history, and he sets about suppressing all news on the recent Hyperkind battles. Paragon John invites the Hyperkind to show up at his media tower for an interview, but his Paracorps sets a trap for them. The Hyperkind are defeated, and taken prisoner.
