Louise falls in love with Randy, a drifter who arrives in her small town of Seaville. He departs but returns as part of a traveling carnival. Louise joins him when the show departs, to the irritation of Randy’s boss Janet, who has her eye on him. Janet gets Louise fired, but Randy also quits and they go home to Seaville.
