Tracy and Sam trace the weapon used by Tonsils to a gun dealer who identifies Newsuit Nan as the buyer. Tracy and Sam search Nan's home and find her chemical lab. Meanwhile, Mr. Crime and Nan are using a lottery system to choose the next man to assassinate Tracy. Tracy and Sam track the man to a barbershop, and Tracy shoots his would-be killer.
