Richie Rich Vaults of Mystery #43

Cadbury's old friend, Agent 008, offers to take Richie for a ride in his spy-mobile. During the trip, 008 demonstrates some of the car's tricks. They pick up Freckles, but find him talking oddly and way out-of-character.
