Mr. Rich shows Richie the fastest vehicle in the world, The Rip Snorter, which Bascomb and Richie try out. Richie wonders if the vehicle is something besides a train. However, two attempts by spies dressed as sheiks to destroy the vehicle are made, including blowing up a bridge.
