Tower of Shadows #9

Thurber befriends an eccentric painter named Pickman who paints incredibly morbid paintings of demonic entities. Pickman shows Thurber his underground studio in a old part of the city and shows him his latest painting, that of an evil looking monster feeding on humans. Pickman explains he takes photographs of backgrounds that he uses in his paintings. When Pickman gets spooked by a noise and goes to investigate, Thurber pockets one of Pickman's photographs. After he returns to the city, he sees that the photograph was of the monster in the painting. These demons that Pickman paints are real!
