Cement contractor Donald is an old-fashioned craftsman, whom Huey, Dewey, and Louie feel takes far too much time to complete a job with great precision, and receives far too little in compensation for his efforts. They have him hypnotized into becoming a “dynamo, whose destiny it is to reshape Duckburg”. And so, Donald abandons his previously careful, high standards – and goes, and goes, with total reckless abandon, not caring who or what gets in his way!
