Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane #26

Superman marries Lana and gives his wife super-powers, crucially, Lana is immune to kryptonite and has to save her husband on numerous occasions. To allow Superman his self-respect she eventually leaves the Man of Steel and the Earth forever.
