Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #36

Perry sends Jimmy to the South American country of Peccador, to investigate rumors of a \"flying man\" that sound suspiciously like Superman. After arriving, he discovers the tyrannical rule of Bullboa, and the hero of the people, \"Super-Senor.\" Super-Senor is actually Pedro, a self-declared peon, who, assisted by his son Pancho, creates the illusion of a super guardian for Peccador, in an attempt to bring down Bullboa. But it takes help from Jimmy and his Super-pal to make this a reality.
