Archie is caught trying to play a prank on Reggie and is sent to the principal's office. Mr. Weatherbee uses his latest readings in child psychology and gives Archie responsibility for a school picnic aboard a boat. Archie accidentally charters a garbage scow, but everything turns out all right in the end.
