True Sweetheart Secrets #4

Hospital worker Diane agrees to care for the newborn baby of a dying WAC whose husband is missing in action. Wounded veteran Johnny falls in love with Diane and gets a job at the hospital to be near her, but suffers a relapse and is hospitalized. Diane thinks Johnny will leave her if he knows about the child, so she relinquishes it to an orphanage. However, it turns out Johnny is the father and he knew about Diane's kindness to his late wife. He thinks Diane \"cold-bloodedly and heartlessly\" gave the baby away, but when she comes back to claim it, Johnny decides to marry her.
