Namor, thought dead, emerges from the sea onto an island, exhibiting insane behavior. Caleb Alexander and his daughter Carrie arrive on the island in their boat Oracle. Caleb uses a device of his own invention to cure Namor of his madness. In gratitude, Namor delivers a chest of immeasurable wealth which they plan to use to try to reduce environmental damage to the Earth.
