Frank gives orders to his crew, which leads them to speculate who is giving Frank orders. Following instructions, they take the corpse of Sonny Germs to the Dallas police station, where they witness the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald, then follow the ambulance to Parkland Hospital, where they secretly exchange the two bodies.
