Yukari No Bingo #1

On her 16th birthday, Yukari and her brother, Kuroda, are instructed to clear the attic out, and Yukari finds a photograph of her family with her grandmother. She remembers when her grandmother told her the story of the Scarlet Stamper while she was on her death bed.
