Tim isn't the boy for Julie. She wants the gorgeous new boy, Greg. When that happens, she starts lying about glamorous achievements to keep his attention and admiration. Greg ultimately decides he can't provide Julie with the glamour and excitement she is looking for. Tim is there to consoles Julie and she discovers an honest love with him.
