Johnny, Beeswax and Suzie visit her Aunt Matilda, whose insurance company is being plagued by the arsonist Asbestoes and his gang. After an encounter on the train--which is resolved when Johnny changes into the Green Mask and saves his pals--the criminals later capture the three children and toss Beeswax and Suzie off a cliff into a river. Johnny becomes the Green Mask once more. He rescues Beeswax and Suzie, then defeats the gang.
