True Life Secrets #20

Rhoda grows up with her father on a river barge, and longs for a life of luxury as epitomized by Brian’s fancy yacht. Rhoda and fisherman Mark fall in love. Mark is drafted and Rhoda takes a job as Brian’s “hostess” to earn money. When the yacht nearly sinks, Rhoda is caught in the scandal and Brian, home on furlough, breaks up with her.
