After sharing the same nightmare, Korba symbiotically experiences a kiss between Jason and Melissa, awakening Kobra's memories of \"[his] dear, dead Natalie\". Kobra raids the sanctuary of Solaris to steal his invention - The Heliotron, a death-ray that \"causes an accelerated physical decay - destroying the human body from within\". Perez recruits Jason to help end the war between Kobra and Solaris, providing him with a gimmicked flying suit, and a code name of \"Gemini\". In mid-air, Jason's jet pack and Kobra's anti-grav beam are neutralized leaving the symbiotic pair to fall to their deaths.
