As a statue of Johnny Thunder is unveiled, King Crown's gang shells Mesa City with a cannon! Crown aims to hold the city for 24 hours and encourage other outlaw gangs to create a criminal empire. But Johnny Thunder picks them off by night and rides them down with a burning hay wagon, then risks being shot until the Sheriff can drop Crown.
