Sheena and Bob set off to explore the territory beyond the Grandanga mountain range, where no white man has apparently been before. They discover a tribe of gorillas seemingly led by a white woman named Keela, who is able to best a gorilla in combat. They teach her to speak English, and she falls for Bob, much to Sheena's annoyance. Eventually the two women fight in hand-to-hand combat, and Keela falls into an active volcano. When the volcano erupts Sheena and Bob retreat towards their own land.
