Madam Doom returns from Europe to New York City, and in a luxury hotel suite is selling a set of coastal defense plans, which turn out to be fake, a decoy! At espionage HQ, Black Ace's boss, who now has the real set of plans, assigns Ace to convey them to California, plus to pick up three espionage agents from three different cities along the way. They have 24 hours, and they know that Madame Doom knows that the plans are on their way.
