Hugo George is sitting in a plaza lamenting his lack of money when an older man approaches and offers him a proposal. Hugo misreads the situation, attacks the man, and then watches as the stranger demonstrates strange bullet-stopping abilities during a confrontation with armed attackers. After further confusion and violence, Hugo tries to leave by bus, but the situation ends with him forced to use “other methods.”
