Spider-Man: Octo-Girl #1

During a battle with Spider-Man, Dr. Octopus falls from a great height and lands in a coma. To preserve himself, he sends his consciousness to link up with a clone body he keeps in reserve. But his consciousness is instead transferred by a mysterious AI construct to a fourteen-year-old Japanese girl who has just been struck by a car.
