In an uncharacteristic gesture toward family togetherness, Rick takes the Smith brood to B-773, a planet with the \"best beaches in the universe\", but there's a catch... All persons must stay off the beach, until 4PM. Jerry, feeling entitled to a day in the sun, objects but is forcibly thwarted by hotel security. He, nevertheless, finds a way to sneak onto the beach, an action that releases \"Heliofrank\" from out of the sun. Unknowingly, Jerry has violated a treaty that, once broken, allows Heliofrank free-reign to spread his good-vibrations over the planet, causing a wave of happy lethargy.
