Groo: In the Wild #1

Groo and Rufferto wash ashore at a village they had visited once before. Groo recalls that, on his previous visit, the area had fewer houses, fewer people, fewer fishing boats, and was home to many sea turtles and birds. For once, Groo recalls correctly, as civilization's spread came at the expense of wildlife. With the help of the \"little girl who asks too many questions\", Groo unknowing sparks a movement to better balance the area's commerce and ecology. Yet, the fear of Groo still runs deep and King Putrio orders his army to slay the intruder... wisely, without telling them who he is.
