Mr. Gizzik hires Castor and Popeye to take him to the Pool of Youth, so they stow away aboard the Sea Hag's ship. It turns out that even the Sea Hag is terrified of the Sea Hag's sister, who guards the pool along with the monstrous Toar. After a battle royal, Popeye and Toar become friends. They carry away enough of the water to make Mr. Gizzik young again.
