Frozen Solid by Mr. Freeze!

Boss Thorne arranges to have Mr. Freeze escape from prison, correctly figuring that Freeze will cause chaos and distract the police from Thorne's crimes. Freeze injures Alfred and glaciates much of the city, but Batman finally captures him.
