Deogratias, a Tale of Rwanda #1

Moving between periods just before and immediately after the Rwandan genocide, Déogratias seems to have been driven insane by the massacre, believing himself to be a dog and is treated as a harmless fool by most; however, Déogratias is secretly planning revenge on key people he blames for the deaths of people he loved.
