The Kranch explain to Officer Luck how they are hunted by the Metas and have taken refuge on Earth. They state that if Decoy turns red and succumbs to his violent nature, they will be forced to take drastic measures. Also, Officer Moreno agrees to arrest Officer Luck after being given false information by Police Chief Levin and Dr. Alloy.
