Halo: Fall of Reach - Covenant #2

The Chief, Kelly-087 & Sam-034 break into the Covenant vessel and arrange its destruction, but Sam is badly wounded and unable to evacuate the ship, so remains behind. Although saddened by Sam's death, the destruction of the vessel confirms to the Chief that they still have a hope against the Covenant.
